I would have made his beard more textured as it looks slightly painted on...maybe added flecks of silver like his hair.

Andy: the beard was something that kept me wondering for a while., I hesitated making it silver, but I decided his silver hair would not be his natural hair color. so his beard is brown. And, I agree, I should put more texture to it.

I love the hair ... I think its very well done you doing so well ! I love the orb ball , it fits into the paining very well ..and it really works nicely as an additional light source,im no painter but i woulda liked to see a little more stubble/roughness around his beard ..looks a bit sharp to me.Anyway *claps* you did good Jordan

The skin texture is something fairly easy when you have the right brushes. google "naguel photoshop skin brushes" I think you'll find them.

Excellent work. Great job on the textures, especially the hair and jacket. I started on some sketches for a couple ideas i had for some pieces for the contest. One thing I notice is that I think you may have mixed up the character descriptions, either that or I have the descriptions mixed up. The man in the black coat and silver hair is Carl Robb the CEO of Triton Robb Aerospace, who is the one getting out of the silver Bentley and ends up dead. The man with the tattoos of two "j"s, and " sin 2 save" wears black leather pants and massive boots, and has blue eyes is the Jesus character. I had to read it several times but I think I got it right. I actually hope I'm wrong since you already have a piece finished. Either way it's a great piece, and gook luck.

silly me. I hope it won't matter too much, coz it's already submitted. I don't know if the actual jesus jekyl has long hair either. but he does not mention his hair color in the scenario I think, am I right? So it could be any color...I guess.

Just re-read the whole script. Your in luck, no where does it mention the lenth or color of hair, so it still could work. In all the scenes in the present, he never removes his motorcycle helmet. The only description of his head are his piercing blue eyes. The script itself is a bit confusing at times. I find myself reading scenes several times just to make sense of whats going on. I almost made the same mistake you did. I probably going to enter 2 or 3 pieces. I think that you should be ok, besides it sounds like they are looking for different interpretations of their characters. Once again good luck.
