conceptwise, title speaks for itself

this is a random piece I did lately. I had no concept whatsoever in mind, I was just scribling randomly and I realised after a while that I had a face there! lol
anyway, I wanted this piece to be surrealistic.
The hair is not meant to look realistic, it's impossible to look that way anyway, but I like that, it's almost as if it were standing there like a wig.
I had absolutely no reference for anything so the anatomy must be really off. I was too lazy to take a shot with my camera and I had no internet access... the hand was particularly a pain.
Anyway, I hope you won't think I'm crazy for painting this! As for me, this is the painting that I had the most fun making ever, always looking forward to add more details and painting all those nights instead of sleeping. I had never had that much fun painting before.
